1. Eligibility for Returns
Theresas London accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
· The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
· It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items include:
· Innerwear, swimwear, and socks
· Customized or personalized items, items altered on request or altered by the customers after purchase.
· Special SALE items such as discounted, clearance, or gift card purchases.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

and complete it with your purchase details and reason for return or exchange.
· Pack the item securely and return it within the 14-day return period to the following address:

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
· If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider, and then contact us for assistance.
4. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., different size, colour, or a new item):
· Contact us immediately upon receiving your original item to confirm availability of the desired item.
· Return the original item in good condition.
· Upon receiving the item, we will dispatch your exchange item.
· Delivery charges for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
· Photos of the item
· A brief description of the issue
We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
